RESERVATION POLICIES:

  • To reserve your place on one of our group tours in India, a non-refundable deposit for each guest is required.

  • The total cost is:

    • Tour 1 Spiritual India Travel US$2500 (based on twin share).

    • Tour 2 Yoga Spiritual Sadhana Tour US$1995 (based on twin share).

  • A tour deposit of US$500 is required.

  • Please make your deposit to our New Zealand bank account listed below, using your name as a reference. Deposits will be held in our tours account until your tour becomes due.

  • The balance of US$2000 is required 45 days prior to the tour start date.

  • Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you an email confirmation.

  • We recommend you consider downloading the WISE APP to make your payment - asa they charge very low fees.

  • Please note that no place is reserved until you have written confirmation from us. Space is limited, so early reservations are advised.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • In the case of written cancellation following tour booking confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply:

    • Prior to 60 days from tour commencement: loss of deposit(s).

    • 60 days or less to tour commencement: 100% of tour cost.

  • My Spiritual India Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number of people (4) is not reached. In such cases, all payments received from you (minus an administration fee of $100) will be refunded, releasing My Spiritual India Tours from any liability to you.

  • The quoted tour price is in United States dollars and based on current costs. If there is a change in cost, you will be notified, and a full refund will be guaranteed if you choose to cancel.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Services in connection with our tours, such as accommodation and all forms of transport, are provided by independent contractors who are agents but not employees of My Spiritual India Tours. My Spiritual India Tours arranges these services only as an agent for the individual participant.

  • My Spiritual India Tours reserves the absolute right to adapt, modify, or change the proposed itinerary to enhance the quality of the client's experience or due to local conditions beyond our control. The published itineraries should be taken as a guide only.

  • Participants agree that My Spiritual India Tours shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury, death, or loss or damage to property occasioned through the acts, negligence, or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing services to My Spiritual India Tours.

  • My Spiritual India Tours shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any injury, death, or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline or other travel operations.

  • By submitting the 'Make A Booking' button above, the participant or an authorized representative signifies acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated on this form.

  • Purchase of comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended to cover eventualities such as having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
